Career

Fotis is an experienced and highly skilled professional and at the same time a valued member of our team, since joining in 2008. He has been a Partner since 2017 specializing in Investment Services and Banking Law, advising major financial institutions and other corporate clients on their day-to-day business. He is also well experienced in Dispute Resolution as well as in Arbitration/Mediation. Foti’s practice has covered a full range of consumer and corporate lending, financial instruments or other investment products and services, leasing and factoring agreements, and the restructuring of credit and loan facilities. Furthermore, Fotis is defending credit institutions as well as insurance companies in relation to liability issues arising from the retail business activity such as the validity of their terms and conditions, the provision of investment, banking and insurance services and, the distribution of investment products.

Fotis is admitted before the Supreme Court.
