Position

Thomas Brusq was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017, and specialises in sports and public law.

He acts more particularly for private and public persons, both on contentious and non-contentious matters, in public contracts law (public procurement, concessions, land occupancy agreements, administrative long leases), public and economic law (public aids and mixed economy law) and public property law (pre-emption rights, expropriation, town planning authorisations and regulation).

Thomas holds a Master’s degree in public business law from the Institut de Droit et d’Economie des Affaires, as well as a Master’s degree in public law from Bretagne Occidentale University. He is also a graduate of the Institut de Droit Public des Affaires.
