Partner, Gianpiero Succi specialises in corporate M&A at a national and international level with particular focus on cross-border matters in African markets, heavy industry, energy and financial institutions. He also handles private clients matters, mainly in relation to successions and generational transfers, management of family estates, trusts, foundations, governance. He is also in charge for the development of the Ethiopian practice and of the other Sub-Saharan African jurisdictions. He is leader of the Private Clients Focus Team.
