Career

Isabel Merenciano is an expert in advising companies on all areas of labor and employment law, covering corporate, litigation and criminal matters relating to employment issues. She advises many companies and institutions, particularly on collective bargaining, restructuring processes, compensation agreements and senior management.

She has developed her career as an employment lawyer at leading national and international law firms.

She is an arbitrator at Fundación Tribunal de Arbitraje Laboral in the autonomous region of Valencia.

She is an associate lecturer of labor law and social security law at Universidad CEU Cardenal Herrera where she also lectures on the Master in Legal Practice. At Universitat de València, she taught the labor law module of the Chair of Family Business and was a guest lecturer in the BA in Labor Law.

She is a member of the Valencia Bar Association and of the Spanish Association of Labor Lawyers; she is also a member of the Labor and Employment Commission of the Valencia Confederation of Employers’ Organizations.
