Position

Luca regularly advises Italian and international clients on complex disputes both in court and arbitration proceedings, domestic and international, with focus on commercial contracts, banking and finance dispute resolution, M&A litigation, management, planning and deployment of family wealth, private enforcement, and assisting defendant companies in class actions.

Luca has gained a significant experience in product safety and product liability, advising and assisting Italian and international clients in every aspect (including litigation) concerning product liability.

Career

Luca Ferrari joined the Firm in 2010 and became a Partner in 2018. In 2013 and 2014, he was a Visiting Lawyer at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York.
