Position

Giuseppe advises national and international clients with a focus on company and group taxation, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, securitisation, and private equity. He has significant experience in litigation on matters concerning national, European Union, and international taxation and in procedures for settling tax disputes through tax assessment settlements, conciliation, amicable agreements, and arbitration procedures. He also assists in settling tax disputes in pre-litigation stages.
