Elsa ArbrandtAdvokatfirman Cederquist KB

Advokatfirman Cederquist KB continues to expand its practice in contentious competition law, acting for clients facing allegations of abuse of dominance, horizontal coordination, and other anti-competitive practices. The team is also adept at handling cases at the European level, including litigation related to state aid and consumer protection regulations, and also counsels clients on compliance with environmental directives. Beyond disputes, the team is frequently instructed on the competition aspects of corporate and commercial transactions. The team is co-headed by procurement specialist Annika Blomqvist and Fredrik Lindblom, who has experience across M&A transactions and investigations. Elsa Arbrandt is another key figure in the practice and specialises in litigation, having previously worked in-house at the Swedish competition authority.
