Position
Annelies heads BarentsKrans’ Commercial Contracts team. She specialises in national and international commercial contract law and liability law with a focus on drafting and reviewing supply and purchase agreements (including standard documentation), (cross-border) distribution, franchise and agency agreements and general terms and conditions.
Annelies is also a highly experienced litigation lawyer. She represents large Dutch and international companies in complex liability issues, post-M&A disputes and disputes on matters such as nonconformity and warranty claims, termination of long-term commercial contracts and the interpretation of contractual clauses.
