Career

Rita is a consultant in the Banking and Finance and Capital Markets practices. With more than 10 years’ professional experience, she advises clients in the banking and financial sector, listed companies, and shareholders and investors on regulatory and compliance matters.

Rita has a master’s degree in corporate legal sciences from the Faculty of Law of Universidade Nova de Lisboa.

She returned to PLMJ in 2022 after working as a lawyer in the Prudential Supervision Department of Banco de Portugal.
