Position
Tom Casey is a partner in the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution department. Tom works with international and domestic commercial clients across a broad spectrum of contentious issues. Tom’s practice involves a high volume of Court work with a focus on financial services, commercial property and disruptive shareholder activity. Tom has acted on a number of high profile redevelopment projects faced with multi-faceted, multi-party claims, cross-jurisdictional challenges to lenders’ security with international or systemic implications and defending efforts by groups of activist shareholders to obstruct capital re-organisations, equity raises or cross-border mergers by financial institutions and other publically listed companies.
