Position

Enda Hurley is a partner and Head of  A&L Goodbody’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. Enda advises domestic and international corporate clients on a broad range of contentious commercial matters, including securities, tax, financial products, real estate and disclosure matters. He has significant experience handling multi-party litigation in the Commercial Court and pathfinder cases in the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. He has advised Irish and U.S. listed companies on multi-billion euro/dollar schemes of arrangement and capital restructurings, involving cross-jurisdictional securities/shareholder litigation. Enda regularly advises on mediation, arbitration and contentious commercial negotiations.
