Jacinta has practised exclusively in the area of Environment and Planning for many years.

She has played a key role in advising on some of the most complex and significant transactions and litigation in the country. She has a special focus on the renewable energy, waste and natural resources sectors, and specialises in de-risking projects at the outset of their life cycle. Jacinta has also extensive litigation experience in relation to planning and environmental judicial review challenges, planning injunction proceedings and criminal enforcement prosecutions.
