The Legal 500’s Greece M&A roundtable discussion returns for it’s second annual installment. Bringing together general counsel from some of Greece’s leading corporations, this roundtable will discuss the latest legal trends, shaping the nation’s M&A field. Greek GCs will be commenting on how the ongoing inflationary pressures have affected M&A negotiations, which clauses are expected to prove the most controversial in the current environment and what the immediate and short-term future holds in M&A dispute resolution.
