BDO Law's practice advises on direct and indirect tax, due diligence and tax disputes. The team is jointly led by tax manager Jelena Bartule and Janis Zelmenis. Bartule assists clients with tax risk and planning matters, while Zelmenis' recent work includes advising Novatours on the preparation of transfer pricing documentation for a range of intra-group transactions. Founding partner Vita Liberte  has experience in a range of matters, including international tax planning and tax structuring.
