Position
He represents employers and employees in all areas of employment law, although his particular expertise is in discrimination and equal pay. In particular, he has represented the Prison Service in lengthy equal pay proceedings brought by 1200 Claimants involving several hearings in both the Court of Appeal and EAT. He also appears regularly in multi-day discrimination and whistleblowing cases. Significant work/case highlights over the past 12 months include: Jermin & Williams v Department for Transport & DVLA; Wilson v Health and Safety Executive; Shamsian v Salisbury NHS Trust and others; Campling v MOJ; 0Al-Kamil v South Central Strategic Health Authority.
