Career

Peter is Head of Finance in our Dublin Office. An exceptional lawyer, Peter has advised on multiple high-value banking and finance transactions, regularly acting for international and domestic financial institutions in Ireland.

Peter is admitted as a solicitor in both Ireland, England and Wales, and has worked internationally in London, Dubai and Hong Kong. Peter is a frequent invitee and regular speaker on the global finance circuit and is a recognized authority on banking and finance matters.

Peter acts for a range of international and domestic institutions on all aspects of debt financing, including asset finance, fund finance, project finance, leveraged and investment grade finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance and structured finance.

He has acted on some of the most ground-breaking financings in Irish corporate history and has won many awards over the course of his 20-year career.
