Eavan is the Managing Partner of our Dublin office and country head of Ireland, joining Dentons in January 2020. An outstanding international lawyer and market leader, she has over 20 years’ experience working as a top-flight corporate lawyer in the City of London and more recently in Dublin. Eavan has won numerous awards and accolades over that period.

Eavan is admitted as a solicitor in both Ireland, England and Wales, having previously worked in London for a significant part of her career as a Senior Corporate Partner at global firm Ashurst.

Eavan has worked for some of the most sophisticated clients across many sectors including financial investors, global multinationals and for domestic Irish founder owned and operated companies. Eavan has cemented her position as the pre-eminent private equity lawyer in Ireland having led on the biggest sponsor-led transactions in the Irish market. She also has extensive distressed investment experience, in addition to her transactional M&A practice and complex advisory mandates for public and private sector clients.
