Marcin Zbytniewski is an advocate and a Counsel in the Dispute Resolution Department at CMS.
Marcin represents the clients in litigation – the main field of his legal work covers civil litigation and particularly construction (infrastructure) disputes in which he has wide experience in representing both general contractors and the employers. He is also experienced in negotiating complex settlements, covering many aspects of the investment process.
Marcin also deals with labour litigation – he represents ex-employers as defendants in the cases initiated by their ex-employees resulting from termination of contracts, overtime, discrimination or claims for different kind of bonuses.
