CMS assists a wide range of investment fund participants with matters ranging from establishment to the liquidation of funds, including handling regulatory and compliance issues. Michał Pawłowski is advising MS Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych on a PLN50m bond issuance by a closed-end investment fund.

Clifford Chance’s team advises financial institutions, investors and fund managers on matters ranging from establishment and licensing to the management of regulated funds. Highlights included advising Merkury Investment Fund on its subsidiaries’ acquisition of Polimex-Mostostal’s real estate portfolio. Counsel Marcin Bejm is a name to note.

Marcin Bartczak and Jakub Celiński are the key contacts at Dentons. The team, which includes counsel Inga Dulska, assisted a Polish bank with restructuring a specialised open-end investment fund.
