Patric has worked with real estate-related investments, transactions, projects and joint ventures for more than 20 years. He has been involved in several of the largest and most complex and high-profile projects in these areas. Many of the projects he works on have an international dimension.

In his day-to-day work Patric also assists clients in real estate matters related to investments such as land parceling, negotiations regarding lease agreements, environmental matters, development agreements, property related disputes, usufruct and easement matters.

He has extensive experience and understanding from matters within sectors such as retail, hotels and leisure, residential, offices, logistics, infrastructure, energy and healthcare.
