Position

Angelica advises public authorities as well as Swedish and international companies in matters concerning EU and Competition law, Public Procurement and Anti-Corruption.

She assists clients within all aspects of EU and Competition law, Public Procurement and Anti-Corruption with strategic advice, internal investigations and dispute resolution. Her work includes, inter alia, assisting companies with competition law reviews of agreements and collaborations and advising on issues related to abuse of a dominant position and merger control. As part of this, Angelica regularly assist clients in analyzing and notifying mergers to the European Commission and to the Swedish Competition Authority and in relation to dawn raids and investigations carried out by the European Commission and by the Swedish Competition Authority. In addition, she assists public authorities and companies with legal advice in matters concerning state aid and anti-competitive sales activities by public entities. Further, she assists and represent clients through all stages of public procurement processes.
