Work highlights include Francesco Tedeschini advising UnipolSai Assicurazioni on the sale of its 50% (plus one share) stake in Popolare Vita to Banco BMP; and special independent counsel Michele Carpinelli leading advice to Luxottica Group (LG), and its independent directors, on Essilor International's mandatory exchange offer for LG's share capital.
