Chiomenti’s team of experienced practitioners provides comprehensive assistance in both national and EU competition law matters, spanning abuses of dominant position, cartels, and merger notification cases before the Italian Competition Authority and the EU Commission. Here is litigation specialist Marco Serpone the key contact.
