Emanuele assists clients in the sectors of luxury goods, fashion, financial institutions, banks and insurance in matters concerning labor and union law, focussing on drafting employment and independent contractor agreements; agency and directorship agreements; collective dismissal procedures, transfer/lease/divestment of business and insolvency; stock option plans, employee share-participation, corporate welfare and other incentive schemes; as well as handling labor litigation at every phase.
