The team at ASAR - Al Ruwayeh & Partners is noted for its expertise in PPP projects and particularly major transport and infrastructure projects in Kuwait. Recent highlights included advising the Ministry of Electricity and Water, the Partnership Technical Bureau and the Kuwait Authority for Partnership Projects on the Az-Zour North Independent Water and Power Project. Ibrahim Sattout is the name to note.

Al Markaz Law Firm’s ‘first-rate’ projects practice provides ‘excellent advice’ relating to PPPs, project finance, independent water and power project regulations, environmental tax and corporate law.
