‘Providing the best legal services in the country’, Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah advised Consolidated Minerals on its $400m senior secured notes issuance, and acted for Guinness Ghana Breweries on a rights issue. The practice was also the legal advisor to Kosmos Energy in relation to a secondary listing on the Ghana Stock Exchange, marking only the second listing of securities of one of the operators of the Jubilee Oil Fields.
