Bram Linnartz MRE FRICS, attorney at law, has been managing partner of Loyens & Loeff since October 2018. Together with Thierry Charon he makes up the Executive Board of the firm. Bram is a member of the Real Estate practice group. He advises on commercial property transactions throughout Europe, real estate M&A, corporate real estate, open and closed-end real estate funds, property finance, joint ventures, and project development. He combines his M&A expertise with in-depth knowledge of property law, the property industry and the 'Real Estate Capital Markets'. He also lectures at the University of Amsterdam, School of Real Estate.

Marco Toni, attorney at law, is a partner in the Zurich office of Loyens & Loeff and heads our Swiss Corporate / M&A practice group. He focuses on domestic and international M&A transactions, private equity, corporate governance and general corporate, stock exchange and capital markets laws. He is an Authorized Issuers’ Representative at the SIX Swiss Exchange. Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff Marco worked at a leading Swiss law firm. His clients include multinational enterprises and private equity funds.
