Position

Simon’s practice covers all areas of commercial chancery litigation, arbitration and advisory work, including general commercial litigation and civil fraud, company and insolvency, professional negligence and real property and landlord and tenant.

Career

Called in 2009, Lincoln’s Inn (Hardwicke, Lord Bowen, Lord Denning and Shelford scholarships).
Between 2017 and 2022 Simon was appointed to the Attorney General’s C Panel of Junior Counsel to the Crown. He was frequently instructed by HMRC, the Insolvency Service, Highways England, the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport and the Secretary of State for Health in connection with a wide range of commercial, IT, company, insolvency and property matters.
Simon is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
