Career

Delphine has many years of experience in all areas of Family Law including private law and public law cases involving children, Adoption, International Child Abduction, Applications to remove children from the jurisdiction for holidays or permanently (including opposition to such applications), emergency protection of children, contested divorce/nullity and domestic violence.

Delphine read anthropology and psychology as an undergraduate and is particularly interested in cases with a cross cultural element and/or medical elements including issues around mental health.
