Rebecca is a Solicitor in Druces’ Corporate and Commercial team.
She has gained experience in a broad range of corporate advisory matters and transactional work, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and banking and finance.
Rebecca advises domestic and international clients on acquisition finance and corporate lending, real estate finance, and Sharia’a compliant and Islamic finance transactions.
Education
Rebecca read History at Durham University before gaining a Graduate Diploma in Law and completing the Legal Practice Course at BPP in London.
Leisure
She enjoys long-distance running, yoga and travelling.
