Position
Mark is a Senior Associate in Druces LLP’s Corporate and Commercial team.
He deals with a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-organisations, due diligence and disclosure and acquisition finance transactions. Mark is also developing his practice in relation to initial public offerings on both AIM and the Standard Segment of the Main Market.
Career
Mark read Mathematics at Keele University before gaining a Graduate Diploma in Law and completing the Legal Practice Course at The University of Law.
He joined Druces in July 2019 from a regional firm where he trained and qualified.
