Position

Andrea is an employment and discrimination law specialist who advises on all claims before the employment tribunal. She has a particular expertise in dealing with complex and high-value employment and discrimination claims across a broad range of market sectors and has undertaken both claimant and respondent work for a wide variety of differently sized organisations. Andrea has an interest in professional disciplinary and regulatory work.

Andera also undertakes non-contentious work such as developing and updating HR policies and drafting and advising on employment contracts.

Career

Andrea is a visiting lecturer in employment law at the University of Westminster and regularly creates and delivers employment law seminars for both professional and lay clients.

Andrea is qualified to accept instructions directly from clients and is registered under the Bar Council’s Public Access Scheme. In addition, she welcomes instructions from solicitors, in-house law departments, qualified foreign lawyers, and clients licensed by the Bar Council to give instructions direct to barristers under the Bar Council’s Licensed Access Scheme.
