Position

Rebecca specialises in real property and all aspects of landlord and tenant law including enfranchisement, dilapidations, easements, nuisance, boundaries and party walls. She has a particular interest in developments and agricultural land and is a fellow of the Agricultural Law Association.

Rebecca has a wide client base ranging from private landowners and developers to the public sector. She is particularly well placed to advise on inter sector issues and the transfer of land from the public sector as well as having extensive experience of the interrelationship between property and human rights.

Real Property

Rebecca has extensive experience in: nuisance; easements; boundary disputes; trusts of land and co-ownership; proprietary estoppel; freehold covenants; adverse possession.

Landlord & Tenant

Rebecca has extensive experience of residential and commercial leasehold matters including: enfranchisement; management and service charge disputes; detrmination of breaches under the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002; Rent Act tenancies; tenants’ rights of first refusal under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987; lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954; forfeiture of residential and commercial leases; dilapidations and nuisance.

Agricultural

Rebecca advises on agricultural matters involving agricultural holdings and farm business tenancies as well as advising landlowners on property disputes relating to use of land and developments.
