Position

Kerstin has three principal areas of practice: private client, clinical negligence and personal injury.
Private Client: All areas of family law with particular emphasis on matrimonial finance and cohabitee disputes. Regularly appears In high value matrimonial finance, but also deals with cases Involving more limited assets where the search for a resolution can be equally challenging, Reported cases: W v W (periodical payments: variation) 2010 2 FLR 985; Foster v Foster [2003] 2 FLR 299; H v H Fam Law [2002] 2 FLR 116.

Personal injury: acts for both claimant and defendant. Asbestos-related claims, Highway Authority work, stress at work, employers’ liability and high-value RTA claims; acted for the London Fire Brigade at the 7/7 inquest.
