Position

Andrew has a broad commercial practice that spans investor-state disputes, commercial arbitrations, complex multi-jurisdictional litigation, and all aspects of intellectual property law. He has acted in a range of cases in the London High Court as well as in arbitrations under all the main institutional rules (LCIA, ICC, HKIAC, etc). With a doctorate in chemistry, Andrew is comfortable with highly technical subject matter, and has particular experience acting in pharmaceutical, IT, and construction disputes.
