Career
Ben practises across both of Chambers’ main areas of work, namely civil and family law.
In civil he has particular experience of commercial contractual disputes and negligence actions, business partnership disputes, insolvency, landlord and tenant and real property matters. Ben also practises in probate and Inheritance Act claims and co-ownership and Trusts of Land cases.
In family, Ben is instructed in matrimonial financial remedy and Schedule 1 Children Act applications, and occasionally public and private child law cases.
An incisive and tenacious advocate, Ben is able to keep channels open for negotiation as the case requires and has a calm demeanour that is reassuring to clients.
Ben is qualified to accept instructions under the Bar Council Public Access scheme.
