Qualified 1990, Inner Temple. Currently involved in a number of big money and high profile matrimonial finance cases including those with jurisdictional issues. He also specialises in advising on and drafting nuptial agreements. Continues to be instructed in many Schedule 1 Children Act disputes. He has written with others articles relating to Schedule 1 Children Act including The Child Maintenance Service: A Step Backwards [2018] Fam Law 734. He regularly lectures on Schedule 1 issues & Pre-nuptial Agreements.
