Instructed on cases across all areas of family law, with a particular focus on financial remedy proceedings and private children law matters.

Career

Called 2018.  Prior to coming to the Bar, worked in the family department at Withers LLP. During this time, Yasmin worked on a number of high value financial disputes, including the reported case of Christoforou v Christoforou (Alleged Removal of Trees from the Applicant’s land: “the tree issue”) [2020] EWHC 43(Fam). Prior to this, Yasmin worked at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan UK LLP, where she assisted on a number of high-profile commercial litigation and arbitration disputes.
