Aisha leads the Commercial Litigation team alongside Hugh Hitchcock. She is instructed on commercial disputes across a wide range of industries, in both High Court litigation and international arbitration, and has a strong track record of dealing with sector disputes, including energy and sustainability, public procurement, and information technology.
