Career

Fernando Lanfranco is a partner and co-head of the Corporate and M&A practice at DLA Piper Peru. He has broad experience designing and negotiating sophisticated transactions, incorporating investment funds, and structuring complex succession structures aimed to protect individual patrimonies and family businesses at both the local and international levels.

In addition, Fernando has extensive experience advising and structuring good corporate governance practices in family businesses, including such entities’ organizational and financial analysis. He has implemented several family protocols and structured the corporate bodies of family businesses. Fernando also has vast experience in franchise law, being the principal legal adviser to Acurio Restaurantes, the leading group in the food industry in Peru.

He is a Professor of Corporate Law at the Universidad del Pacifico (Master in Corporate Finance Program).
