DLA Piper Perú‘s arbitration practice is jointly headed by Carlos Nuñez and Hernán Jordán, who each have more than two decades of experience in arbitration. The practice’s construction and project matters division is led by Nuñez, while Jordán leads the commercial arbitration aspect, which has sector specialisms such as mining, energy, finance, insurance, retail and transport.
