Alvaro Sarmiento advises clients on national and international financing, including financing through public and private placement of securities, credits, and structured financing. In addition, he has extensive experience in local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions as well as in private equity transactions.
Alvaro has a broad practice focused on structured finance, where he represents issuers and investors in domestic and cross-border structured and asset-backed finance transactions in both public and private deals.
