Dentons‘ competition group has experience in a full range of antitrust work, with capabilities across regulatory, transactional and contentious matters. Leveraging the firm’s expansive global footprint, the practice group is a strong choice for cross-border matters particularly in the US and throughout Asia, and increasingly in nationwide mandates involving multiple Canadian provinces. The practice group is jointly led by Barry Zalmanowitz QC in Edmonton, and Toronto-based Sandy Walker, a ‘very practical‘ regulatory expert.
