Position

Enrico Troianiello is a partner in our Milan office and a member of the global Corporate M&A practice.

Career

He advises private sector companies, investment funds, and banks on a wide range of commercial transactions both domestic and cross-border.

Enrico has significant capabilities handling mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, loan agreements, joint-venture agreements, corporate reorganizations, corporate finance and buyouts.

He has advised clients in the food and beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, automotive and engineering sectors, among others.

Enrico has been a lecturer in financial market law for several years at Brescia University.
