Position
Alessandro Dubini is a partner in Dentons Milan office and co-head of the Corporate M&A practice in Italy.
He mainly advises major industry groups, leading financial institutions and private equity funds on both domestic and international extraordinary transactions regarding mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and corporate reorganization.
He also gained considerable experience in IPOs, tender offers, corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, as well as on corporate governance matters and commercial contracts.
Career
Alessandro joined Dentons in 2017 from Biscozzi Nobili, an Italian tax and legal advisory firm where he was the head of the legal department. Prior to that, he had been a well-known partner at law firm Pedersoli e Associati for about 15 years. From 1999 to 2001 he had been Head of Legal Department of Banca Aletti & C. S.p.A. and Aletti & C. Asset Management SGR S.p.A.. He started his career at Studio Legale Avv. Casati joining, after that, Negri-Clementi & Associati law firm.
Alessandro often participates as a speaker in conferences and seminars dedicated to corporate law and financial markets.
