Position

Dali has more than twenty years of experience in dispute resolution and commercial matters Dali’s experience is obtained from acting for an impressive client list in numerous high-profile cases, spans both commercial and civil litigation and encompasses all areas of dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation.

Dali has been advising and acting on behalf of many high net worth client groups, leading banks, international corporations and government-owned companies within Oman and across the region in various complex civil and commercial litigations, real estate and corporate matters.

Dali joined the Muscat office of Dentons in 2001. Prior to joining Dentons, Dali worked for five years as an in-house lawyer at Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), Oman’s state-owned oil and gas company. From 1982 to 1989, he worked as a part time lecturer at Sudan University for Science and Technology (formerly known as Khartoum Polytechnic), teaching English law, contract law, agency law, insurance law, banking law and company law. In 1986, Dali ran his own law office in Khartoum, Sudan and established a good client base ranging from individuals to companies. In 1996, he joined Al-Minhaj Legal Consultants, a law firm in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman, where his work included representing clients before the Omani courts, and drafting and reviewing contracts.
