On the contentious side, areas of activity include matters concerning ship arrests, collisions, casualties and pollution claims. Non-contentious work covers the development of shipping-related projects and regulatory advice. Figgins’ team includes Dali Al Habboub, who leads on much of the team’s dispute resolution work.
Dentons advises clients on disputes involving employment, construction and debt enforcement issues. In addition, it also handles more specialist litigation, such as environmental damage and personal injury claims. The practice is led by Dali Al Habboub and associated partner Yaqdhan Al-Busaidi.
