Simon Dayes is a Partner in Dentons’ Bucharest Banking and Finance team. Qualified as an UK solicitor, he has been advising banks, international financial institutions and project sponsors in cross border credit transactions in Central Europe from a Bucharest base for over 15 years.

Simon works on project finance, structured trade finance and financial restructurings, corporate and real estate lending, and syndications.
