With 15 years of experience in the tax and customs practice he advises clients doing business in various industries mainly in the oil and gas, mining, services, retail, and other industries. In addition to this he has got a unique expertise on stabilized tax regimes and other specific mechanisms set out in the main production sharing agreements currently effective in Kazakhstan.
In the litigation and dispute resolution practice he represents the clients’ interests in complex tax and customs disputes, mainly in cases associated with appealing of results of state inspections, as well as imposition of the corresponding administrative fines.
