Position

Ilka Mehdorn is the Office Managing Partner of Dentons’ Berlin office, Co-Head of the German Public Sector Practice Group and Co-Head of the European Life Sciences Regulatory Practice. She advises on public law as well as strategic aspects and on the drafting of contracts in regulated industries, in particular in all questions of product-related environmental law, in particular packaging and labeling, and as a specialist lawyer in medical law in health care. In addition, Ilka advises in these areas on a regular basis on compliance matters. She regularly advises on environmental and technical requirements for products, such as the European regulations on WEEE, RoHS or REACH / CLP.
